This course will discuss the insights and skills necessary to develop a
winning proposal to subcontract with the Federal Government. You will learn
proven techniques for formulating effective proposal strategies and themes,
the importance of establishing a proposal budget, identifying the appropriate
proposal leader and team members, and then developing a winning proposal content
mix of text and graphics able to convey your customer solutions with clarity
and confidence.
The intent of this webinar is to provide you with the tools to make these important
decisions, to emphasize and clearly illustrate the element of preparation as
paramount, and to arm you with the confidence to develop, organize, and manage
an award-winning proposal document.
