Jennifer Miele joined WTAE-TV Channel 4 in October 2004 as Channel 4 Action News’ new Westmoreland County Bureau Chief.
Jennifer came to WTAE from WTAJ-TV 10 in Altoona where she was a Business Editor and General Assignment Reporter. Prior to that, she was a Business Reporter at WDBJ News 7 in Roanoke, Virginia.
Hailing from Westmoreland County, Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from St. Vincent College’s McKenna School for Business, Economics and Government with a minor in Communications. She continued at Virginia Tech where she earned her Master’s Degree in Politics. Jennifer is a graduate of Penn Trafford High School.
Outside of work, Jennifer coaches gymnastics and cheerleading, studies American Sign Language, and free-lances as a business writer. She volunteers for the PA Society for the Advancement of the Deaf, the Salvation Army, the American Cancer Society, and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America.
