Now in its 13th year, Winners' Circle event is recognized as one of the largest ATHENA recognition programs in the country. This Westmoreland County-based event showcases exceptional business pioneers and honors individuals for inspiring others to do great things in the area. Awards include the international ATHENA Award®, the Seton Hill University Entrepreneurial Excellence Award, the Award for Community Service, and the YWCA "Rising Star" award.   Winners announced at an annual luncheon on May 14, 2008.
