About the Trainer: Geri Puleo is the principal and founder of G.A. Puleo & Associates, a training and consulting firm that helps corporations and individuals maximize their performance through strategic change. With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, Puleo is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management and holds a Masters in Human Resources Management and an MBA with a Leadership and Change concentration. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Leadership and Change Management.

A founding member and current president of Tri-State SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), Puleo is a voting member of the SHRM Pennsylvania State Leadership Council.
